Frequently Asked Questions
Camping
When can we arrive onsite?
Campers must arrive and depart at the times designated on each dedicated festival page / ticket booking page.
How many campers can I bring?
A maximum of four people in any self-pitched camping, caravan or motorhome pitch and two people in pre-pitched tent pitches. The lead person in each party must purchase a camping pitch for either a self-pitched or pre-pitched tent, motorhome or towable caravan. In addition, all campers must have a valid festival entry ticket.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Campers may bring food to the campsite for personal consumption but no food and drink should be taken into the main festival arena.
Dogs and Other Pets
Can we bring dogs or other animals to the festival?
Whilst the team at Long Tall Productions Ltd are lovers of our furry friends, dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) will only be permitted to enter certain areas of the festival. These include a designated area of the campsite, the motor show area and a section of the main music festival arena a certain distance from the main stage. Dogs must be well-behaved and kept on leads at all times. We do not feel that it is fair to expose animals to loud music very close to the main stage. Anyone found not to adhere to these rules and guidance from stewards will be refused entry or expelled from the event. Other pets are not allowed to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
Facilities
What Facilities can we expect at the festival?
Toilets and showers will be available for campers staying with us in addition to toilet facilities in the main festival arena. Our festivals are situated in countryside locations so all camping equipment and waste must be removed from site when you leave. When inside the main festival arena, please dispose of litter within the bins.
Festivals will feature well-stocked licensed bars and a range of delicious street food options within the main arena.
Prohibited Items
Our festivals are inclusive events for everyone to enjoy and are designed with a family-friendly feel where children are welcome to attend.

This is not an exhaustive list and other items may not be permitted if deemed unsuitable or dangerous by our security and stewarding teams. Bag searches will be in operation in the interests of safety.
